Quiet, kind protection
for the whole family.

What BloomHaven does

A gentle hand on a busy household.

We do three things, well. No surveillance dashboards, no fear-marketing, no spying on what your teenager is texting. Just steady, sensible protection that works in the background.

Filter the rough edges of the web

Adult sites, gambling, scams, malware, and the worst corners of social media are stopped quietly at the network level, before a curious tap ever loads them.

Help the day breathe

Schedules for school hours, homework, dinner, and bedtime. Gentle wind-downs instead of hard cut-offs. Each child gets the right shape of day for their age.

Keep the family's privacy whole

We never sell data, never profile, never read messages. Your family's browsing stays on your devices and in our European servers, and nowhere else.

How protection works

A small change at the front door of your internet.

When a device asks "where is youtube.com?", that question travels through a piece of internet plumbing called DNS. BloomHaven politely answers it on your family's behalf, letting good requests through and quietly refusing the harmful ones.

1

You add BloomHaven to your devices

We make small, native apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows. Prefer to cover everything at once? A two-minute tweak on most home routers protects every phone, tablet, console, and smart TV on the network. We'll walk you through it.

2

Every web request runs through your filter

When a device asks for a website, it now asks your BloomHaven profile first. Safe requests sail through. Harmful ones, phishing, malware, adult content, simply don't resolve, the page won't load, and that's the end of it.

3

You tune the rules to your family

Different kids get different shapes of internet. A 7-year-old's world is small and warm; a 14-year-old's is wider, with school hours, bedtime, and a few specific sites you'd rather they skip.

4

It works everywhere, even out of the house

On home Wi-Fi, on grandma's Wi-Fi, on mobile data at the park. Protection follows the device, not the network, and stays out of the way the rest of the time.

Built in Europe, for European families.

Every piece of your family's data is stored on servers we operate ourselves inside the EU. Nothing about your family's traffic ever leaves our own servers, nothing crosses an ocean.

  • We don't need a cookie banner
No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts in your browser. Aggregate, anonymous usage data goes through our own servers to Plausible, an EU-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool that never identifies visitors.
  • Your data stays inside the EU
Servers in Amsterdam, Paris, and Warsaw. No subcontractors, no fallback to clouds outside the bloc. GDPR is the floor, not the ceiling.
  • We keep the smallest log we can
We keep a rolling 72-hour summary of which categories were blocked, enough for the dashboard to feel useful. A parent can extend it up to a maximum of one month, never longer. Individual browsing history is never stored.
  • We walk the talk
Our email, code, customer support, and payroll all sit with European providers. The same boundary that protects your family protects the people who build BloomHaven.
EU sovereign · GDPR-aligned

A short, honest summary of where things live.

We believe European families deserve a service that can answer one question without a footnote: where exactly is my data, and who can reach it?

Sub-processors ? A sub-processor is any other company we'd ask to help handle your data, things like a hosting provider, an analytics service, or a backup vendor. Each one is another set of hands your data passes through. We use none outside the EU.
None outside the EU
US Cloud Act exposure ? A US law that lets American authorities demand data from US-based tech companies, even when that data lives on European soil. Because BloomHaven uses no US providers anywhere in the stack, it can't reach your family's data through us.

What's included

Everything for one family. One price. No add-ons.

One subscription covers everyone under your roof, every phone, tablet, laptop, console, smart TV. No device caps, no tiers, no upsell.

Profiles for every age

Templates for 4–7, 8–11, 12–15, and 16+. Tune the dials from there. The shape of internet that fits a seven-year-old is not the shape that fits a teenager.

Schedules that respect the day

School hours, homework time, dinner, bedtime. Wind-downs warn ten minutes before a transition, instead of cutting things off mid-episode.

Curated blocklists

Maintained in-house by our small editorial team, not bought from a vendor. Updated daily, with clear category descriptions you can actually understand.

Works on any network

Home Wi-Fi, school Wi-Fi, mobile data, holiday-cottage Wi-Fi. Protection rides with the device, no router gymnastics required.

Router-level option

Prefer to protect every device on your home network in one go? A few clicks on most routers and you're done. Guest visitors, smart TVs, the lot.

Quiet, useful alerts

A weekly digest you can ignore, plus a heads-up if something genuinely needs you. No pings about every blocked tracker, that way lies madness.

Focus & homework modes

A pre-set "study hour" that mutes social media and gaming without touching school sites, search engines, or research tools.

Pause & allow, calmly

Need to allow a site for ten minutes? A single tap from a parent's phone. Logs who allowed what, so nobody has to remember tomorrow.

Real humans on support

Emails are answered by our small team. No bots, no scripts, no offshore tier-one.

Pricing

Two ways to subscribe. That's it.

One subscription covers your whole family. There is no upsell, no premium tier, no "family plus". Whichever option you pick, you get all of BloomHaven.

Monthly

Pay as you go. Cancel any month, no questions asked.

€9.99 per month

Billed monthly · all features included

  • Unlimited devices, all family members
  • Age-aware profiles, schedules, wind-downs
  • Curated blocklists, updated daily
  • Router-level setup, if you'd like it
  • Full refund if you change your mind in the first 7 days
Our promise to you

A refund is one tap. Really.

Subscribe today, live with BloomHaven across the family's devices, and if at any point you'd rather not continue, within seven days on the monthly plan, or thirty on the yearly one, your refund is waiting inside your account. No emails to write, no dark patterns, no guilt tripping. One click to request, one click to confirm.

Refunds land back on the card they came from, usually within two or three working days.

The refund button, as it appears in your account.

A small note on why there's no free trial

We thought hard about this. A free tier is the obvious thing to offer, but free family-protection services tend to attract the very people we want to keep out, and they're almost always paid for in tracking, advertising, or quietly resold data. Neither sits well with what BloomHaven is meant to be.

So instead of a free trial, we offer something simpler: a fair price, a real subscription, and a generous thirty-day safety net. If we haven't earned our place in your home by the end of the first month, you don't owe us anything.

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Subscriptions renew automatically.

Common questions

Questions families tend to ask us.

If yours isn't here, write to us at hello@bloomhaven.app. A human will write back, usually the same day.

Can my children get around BloomHaven?
Honestly: a determined, technically curious teenager can get around most filters in the world. BloomHaven raises the floor, it stops the casual stumble onto something unpleasant, blocks the obvious tricks (changing DNS, VPN bypasses on supervised devices), and keeps the household's overall internet healthier. It's a tool to support a family conversation, not a substitute for one.
Does BloomHaven slow down the internet?
No. Because we operate our own servers in Paris, Amsterdam, and Warsaw, your requests are usually answered extremely fast. If you ever notice a slowdown that turns out to be us, we'll happily refund you for the trouble.
Will you ever look at what my family browses?
No human at BloomHaven has the capacity to do so. Individual URLs are never logged anywhere. Our systems keep a 72-hour, anonymous summary of which categories were blocked, used solely to show you the dashboard and to detect attacks against our infrastructure. After 72 hours, even that summary is destroyed. No advertising, no profiling, no model-training, ever.
Can I see every website my children visited?
By design, no, and we want to be open about why. BloomHaven doesn't keep a log of the specific addresses any device looked up. What you'll see in your dashboard is grouped by category (social, gaming, blocked malware, and so on) and only for a short window, so you can read the rhythm of the household without it becoming a stack of receipts. We think children deserve a little breathing room online, and parents deserve to know the shape of the day rather than every URL of it.

That said, we don't want to be dogmatic. If you're a parent and you feel there are situations where seeing specific addresses would genuinely help, we'd really like to hear from you. Write to hello@bloomhaven.app and tell us what you're navigating. We'd love to talk through what's possible, and what the trade-offs would be.
Why don't you offer a free trial?
Two reasons, both honest. First: a free tier on a family-protection service is a magnet for exactly the kind of people we'd rather keep at arm's length, and the abuse it invites would slowly degrade the product for everyone else. Second: free services on the internet are almost always paid for in advertising, tracking, or data sales, and we've built BloomHaven specifically to be none of those things. So we charge a fair price and back it with a no-questions-asked refund, seven days on monthly, thirty on yearly. If we haven't earned our place in your home by then, you owe us nothing.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancelling is one button in your account. Your filter keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and within thirty days of cancellation your account and any settings are permanently deleted from our systems. If you're within the first seven days of a new monthly subscription, or the first thirty of a yearly one, we'll also refund the full amount, no questions, no retention scripts, no clever email sequence trying to win you back.
We have grandparents in the house, does that work?
Yes. Anyone in your household can have a profile, including a "no filter" adult profile that simply blocks scams and malware. There are no device caps; protect every phone, tablet, laptop, console, and smart TV in the house.
What devices does it support?
iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Mac, Windows, Linux, ChromeOS, and most home routers (AVM Fritz!Box, ASUS, Netgear, OpenWrt, Unifi, Eero). Game consoles and smart TVs are protected automatically once you set up the router or your home Wi-Fi.
How is BloomHaven different from what my router already offers?
Router parental controls usually stop at the front door of your house, the moment your child's phone leaves on mobile data, they're back to the open internet. BloomHaven travels with the device. It also has more nuanced rules (age-tuned categories, study hours, wind-downs) and a clearer dashboard than most router firmware.

Bring BloomHaven home this evening.

Subscribe, set it up after dinner, and see how the household feels by the weekend. If it isn't right for you, your refund is one tap away, seven days on monthly, thirty on yearly.
